This professional mixer is a wonderful piece of kitchen appliance, an absolute workhorse that delivers brilliant results. You can also collect from LONDON as I travel up and down the country. Has been used for mixing a variety of doughs for cakes, pizza base and chappatis. Moved house and new shared accomodation already has one. This is an absolute bargain.
